Channa Masala Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1 package Channa Masala
  • 1 cup of oatmeal or flaxseed
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • Olive oil
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomato
  • Sliced red onion
  • Whole grain rolls

Steps


  1. Heat Channa Masala for 30 seconds in microwave and mix with oatmeal
  2. Pour mixture in a food processor and pulse 8-10 times for chunky mixture
  3. Make 3 Channa masala patties with mixture, coating each side with bread crumbs
  4. Heat olive oil in sauté pan, and place all 3 patties in the pan to brown each side 3-4 minutes
  5. Serve on a whole grain roll with lettuce leaf, sliced tomato and onion
