Madras Lentils 7 Layer Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 package Madras Lentils
  • Tasty Bite Thai Lime Rice
  • 1/2 head of chopped Romaine lettuce
  • 5 oz. salsa
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 3 tbsp. Cilantro
  • 1 tbsp. sour cream
  • 1 sliced avocado

Steps


  1. Heat Madras Lentils and Thai Lime Rice in microwave
  2. Layer rice evenly on bottom of casserole pan
  3. Pour Madras Lentils evenly over the rice
  4. Add lettuce, salsa, and shredded cheese for the next 3 layers
  5. Garnish with dollop of sour cream, avocado slices, and cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips
