COVER potatoes with water and boil in medium sauce pan for 15 minutes or until tender. Strain and reserve HEAT oil in same pan on medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Sautee for 5 minutes. ADD potatoes, vegetable stock and Tasty Bite® Channa Masala to pan and cook for 3 minutes. REMOVE from heat and mash ingedients together. ADD salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
