BOIL one quart of water over medium heat. ADD asparagus to boiling water for one minute and remove. RUN asparagus under cold water until cool. Cut into 2 inch pieces. Reserve. COMBINE Tasty Bite® Garlic Brown Rice, onion, red pepper, tomato, almonds, parsley and asparagus in large bowl. MIX in Italian dressing. Season, as desired, with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
