Szechuan is known for it’s robust flavors and chili pepper spice. These dishes originate from the Sichuan province of Southwestern China. This spicy sauce is great paired with tofu, veggies or any meat.

Sauce: Tomato, Water, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Celery, Sunflower Oil, Vegetable Broth, Raw Sugar, Corn Starch, Yeast Extract, Vinegar, Red Chili, Paprika, Soy Sauce. Marinade: Water, Tomatoes, Corn Starch, Sesame Oil, Vegetable Broth, Soy Sauce, Garlic, Ginger, Red Chili, Vinegar, Salt. Cooking Instructions



Add marinade to diced food. Allow to sit for 10 minutes.


Heat oil in skillet on high, add spices, and stir frequently for 30 seconds. Add marinated food to skillet and heat for 5 minutes or until fully cooked.


Add simmer sauce and 1/4 cup of water (may vary by flavor) and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes. Remove spices before eating.
