  • 2 Pouches Tasty Bite® Sticky Rice
  • ¼ cup cucumber, julienne cut
  • ¼ cup red onions, chopped
  • ¼ cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • ¼ carrots, shredded
  • 4-6 sheets nori (seaweed), crumbled

Dressing

  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup rice vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp ginger powder

Method

MICROWAVE Tasty Bite® Sticky Rice, per instructions.  In medium bowl whisk Dressing ingredients.

MIX rice and dressing.

COMBINE Tasty Bite® Sticky Rice, cucumber, red onions, red bell pepper, carrots, and dressing in salad bowl. Top with seaweed.

SERVE and enjoy!
