Sticky Rice Sushi Salad
Ingredients
- 2 Pouches Tasty Bite® Sticky Rice
- ¼ cup cucumber, julienne cut
- ¼ cup red onions, chopped
- ¼ cup red bell pepper, chopped
- ¼ carrots, shredded
- 4-6 sheets nori (seaweed), crumbled
Dressing
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup rice vinegar
- 4 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp ginger powder
Steps
MICROWAVE Tasty Bite® Sticky Rice, per instructions. In medium bowl whisk Dressing ingredients.
MIX rice and dressing.
COMBINE Tasty Bite® Sticky Rice, cucumber, red onions, red bell pepper, carrots, and dressing in salad bowl. Top with seaweed.
SERVE and enjoy!
