Butter Chicken Pan Pizza

Ingredients

Deep Dish Pizza Dough

  • 2 1/3 cups bread flour, additional as needed for kneading
  • 2 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup water, lukewarm
  • 2 tsp sugar or honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Toppings

  • Tasty Bite Butter Chicken Sauce
  • 4 slices of Boar's Head 3 Pepper Cheese
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 small bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1–2 jalapeños, thinly sliced
  • 1.5 cups Colby Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled paneer
  • Hot honey

Jalapeño Scallion Sauce

  • 1 jalapeño
  • 1 stalk of scallions
  • 1/4 cup roughly chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Squeeze of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Steps

Jalapeño Scallion Sauce

  1. Add everything into a blender and blend until it’s smooth. Set aside until the pizza is done.

Deep Dish Pizza Dough

  1. To a large mixing bowl, add yeast, sugar, and water. Wait 5 minutes, then add the bread flour, salt, and oil.
  2. Mix everything together and knead the dough until it forms into a ball or until you have a soft and elastic dough. It will be a bit sticky, so add a tablespoon of flour and continue to knead.
  3. Transfer the dough to a greased bowl, cover, and let it rest on the counter for 30 minutes.
  4. Brush some olive oil onto a 9×13 deep baking pan, greasing the bottom and sides well.
  5. Add the dough to the pan and stretch it out from the center to the edges until it forms a large rectangle that fills the pan.
  6. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  7. Add 2 tablespoons of Tasty Bite sauce, layer with sliced spicy cheese, peppers, and onions. Sprinkle on the grated Colby Jack cheese and add jalapeños to the top along with a few rows of the Tasty Bite sauce.
  8. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until the edges and bottom are golden brown and crispy. Drizzle with hot honey and jalapeño scallion sauce. Enjoy!
