Chicken Tikka Masala Skillet
Ingredients
- 1 packet of Organic Coconut Rice
- 1 packet of Tasty Bite Chickpea Tikka Masala
- 1 cup diced grilled chicken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1⁄2 tsp garlic powder
- 1⁄2 tsp ginger powder
- Salt + Pepper to taste
Steps
- Add the coconut rice to a oven safe skillet.
- Top with Tasty Bite Chickpea Tikka Masala
- Add chicken, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper. Mix together in the skillet.
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake on 350 for 20-25 minutes.
- Option to top with dried fenugreek leaves.
