- Heat the olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat.Â
- Add the pepper and onion and sautĂ© for 5-7 minutes, until the onion is translucent.Â
- Stir in the Tasty Bite Chickpea Tikka Masala and tomato sauce and bring to a simmer.Â
- Once the mixture is simmering, create 3-4 wells and crack in the eggs.Â
- Cover the pan and let the eggs cook for 3-5 minutes.Â
- Top with feta cheese and parsley, and serve over Tasty Bite rice (I used their turmeric rice).
