
Chickpea Tikka Masala Shakshuka
Ingredients
This hearty vegetarian dish combines Tasty Bite’s Chickpea Tikka Masala with jammy eggs and rich tomato sauce for a spiced-up shakshuka perfect for brunch or dinner.
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat.
- Add the pepper and onion and sauté for 5-7 minutes, until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the Tasty Bite Chickpea Tikka Masala and tomato sauce and bring to a simmer.
- Once the mixture is simmering, create 3-4 wells and crack in the eggs.
- Cover the pan and let the eggs cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Top with feta cheese and parsley, and serve over Tasty Bite rice (I used their turmeric rice).
