Spicy Salmon and Cucumber Roll

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Tasty Bite Organic Sticky Rice
  • 2 sheets sushi nori
  • 1/2 large cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 package of smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp cup gluten-free spicy mayo
  • 1 tablespoon crunchy garlic seasoning

    Steps

    1. Prepare the Tasty Bite Organic Sticky Rice according to package instructions. Let cool slightly.
    2. Spread a thin layer of sticky rice on a nori sheet, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
    3. Layer on cucumber slices, followed by smoked salmon slices.
    4. Carefully roll up the nori sheet tightly, starting from the bottom and using the border to tuck in the filling.
    5. Drizzle with a thin line of spicy mayo, making sure not to oversaturate the roll.
    6. Sprinkle with crunchy garlic seasoning.
    7. Slice rolls and serve immediately.
