Tikka Masala Paneer Puffs

Ingredients

2 frozen puff pastry sheets (17.3oz total)
10 oz Tasty Bite Vegetable Tikka Masala
8 oz paneer, chopped into ¼-⅜” pieces
3 tbsp Tasty Bite Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce
½ tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp whole milk

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400°F.

  2. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper; set aside.

  3. Add the chopped paneer, Tasty Bite Vegetable Tikka Masala, Tasty Bite Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce, and salt to a bowl. Mix until combined; set aside.

  4. Thaw the puff pastry according to package directions. Cut the puff pastry sheet into 6 even pieces per sheet.

  5. Roll the puff pastry pieces out to create about a 5” square.

  6. Spoon 2-3 tbsp of the paneer mixture onto the center of the puff pastry square. Wet the edges of the pastry with water to help seal it, then fold the pastry over until the edges meet, pressing the edges together with your fingers. Crimp the edges with a fork to get a good seal, then place on the parchment lined baking sheets, allowing plenty of space between puffs.

  7. Brush the tops of the puffs with milk, then season with garlic powder.

  8. Bake for 22-25 minutes or until deep golden brown.

  9. Serve with a dipping sauce made of ½ tbsp gochujang per ⅓ cup ketchup.
