Method
HEAT large skillet on medium heat with olive oil; add diced onions and saute until softened, about 5 minutes.
ADD sesame oil, peas, carrots, ginger and cumin; cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
MICROWAVE Tasty Bite® Turmeric Rice, per pouch instructions.
MIX rice and soy sauce in skillet with vegetables.
SERVE and enjoy!
