- 2 cups dried pasta shells
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 cup Monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup half and half
- 2 pouches Tasty Bite® Jodhpur Dal™
BOIL water in large saucepan.
POUR pasta and salt in boiling water. Cook for 6 minutes and drain. Reserve pasta.
HEAT olive oil on medium heat in same saucepan.
SAUTE onion and pepper for 5 minutes.
ADD corn, peas, milk, and Tasty Bite® Jodhpur Dal™ and cook for 5 additional minutes.
ADD cooked shells and 2 cups of cheese to pan. Heat until cheese is melted.
SERVE immediately and top with remaining cheese. Enjoy!
